Participating Attorney's Information

We'll be assessing safety protocols closer to the Academy, but would be extremely grateful if you would share with us whether you are fully vaccinated and boosted, or willing to have a COVID test before you attend if you are unable to be vaccinated. Not a requirement to let us know at this juncture, but appreciated if you're willing to share.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy: All cancellation and participant substitution requests must be made in writing and may be sent via email to [email protected]. Participant substitutions may be made at any time at the election of the organization. 

  • Full refunds are available for all registrants if cancelled before August 1, 2022. 
  • For cancellations between August 1 and September 1, 2022, 40% of the registration fee will be refunded. The remaining 60% of the fee can be applied toward the 2022 or 2023 Leadership Academy. Any unused credits will expire on August 15, 2023. 
  • There are no refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2023. Registrants that cancel after September 1, 2022 will receive a credit for the amount paid for the cancelled participant and can use that credit toward the 2022 or 2023 Leadership Academy. Any unused credits will expire on August 15, 2023.
