Participating Attorney's Information

We would be extremely grateful if you would share with us whether you will be fully vaccinated by the time of the Academy, or willing to have a COVID test before you attend if you aren't vaccinated. Not a requirement, but this would help us allay others' fears.

Should shifting COVID climate or guidelines affect the in-house program, attendees will have the option of a full refund or automatic rollover to the 2022 program.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy: All cancellation and participant substitution requests must be made in writing and may be sent via email to [email protected]. Participant substitutions may be made at any time at the election of the organization. 

  • Full refunds are available for all registrants if cancelled before August 1, 2021. 
  • For cancellations between August 1 and September 1, 2021, 40% of the registration fee will be refunded. The remaining 60% of the fee can be applied toward the 2021 or 2022 Leadership Academy. Any unused credits will expire on August 15, 2022. 
  • There are no refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2021. Registrants that cancel after September 1, 2021 will receive a credit for the amount paid for the cancelled participant and can use that credit toward the 2021 or 2022 Leadership Academy. Any unused credits will expire on August 15, 2022.
